April 13 2018 6 PM - 8 PM Seaforth Community
Centre
Permission to Skate forms will not be issued if you have not registered with SMHA.
Forms requested after April 13 2018

Registration will be held:
1. March 28, 2018 between 7 pm and 9 pm at Seaforth Community Centre
2. April 7, 2018 between 10 am and 1 pm at the Seaforth Curling Club
3. April 13, 2018 at the Year End Banquet between 6 pm and 8 pm at the Seaforth Community Centre

Please note there are NO raffle tickets this year so there are no additional fundraising deposits or raffle ticket costs beyond the registration costs posted.
