Is The Season Really Over?
Submitted By lcampbell on Friday, April 8, 2011
Well you have hung up the skates, (well most of us have) there are still some still on the ice for a few weeks yet, and for the most part the equipment has been aired out. But is Seaforth Minor Hockey really done for the season?

I am sure most of you are looking forward to the next few months of hockey free time. The nights of not running from rink to rink shivering in the cold although the warm weather still seems to be evading us, we are all glad to be enjoying a few free evenings! All that said Seaforth Minor Hockey Board of Directors works hard 12 months of the year and we would like to remind you that the Stars website is our tool and yours for keeping you in the loop!
We post notices and events, bond hour opportunities as well as meeting minutes all year round to the website and this does of course include the April to Sept months. So we would like to remind all of our members to be sure to check the site on a regular basis for Seaforth Stars updates!

We will be making great efforts in the off season to keep the site interesting for you with lots of good information and would love to hear from you if you have some suggestions. [email protected]

Don't forget we also have our classified section which has been under utilized by our members so if you have hockey equipment you would like to buy/sell/swap/trade or give away again drop me a line and lets post that for you.

Don't forget the Annual General Meeting on May 30th at 7:00 pm, we will also have the registration desk set up an hour prior if you have not yet registered for the upcoming season this would be an ideal opportunity to do so, if you can not attend the AGM you will need to contact the Registrar at [email protected] to register any registrations after July 31 from previously registered members are subject to a $200/player late fee.

Have a great spring and summer and don't forget to check in with us here at often!
