ImPACT Testing

ImPACT base line testing for all Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget SMHA minor hockey players Wednesday September 19th
 

All players age Pee Wee and above are encouraged to participate in SMHA's concussion management program. The first step involves having your young athlete complete the online base line test.
Base line testing will be held at the Seaforth Public School on WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 19th starting at

6:00 pm for the PeeWees,
6:45, for the Bantams
7:30 for the Midgets
8:15 for all of the girls teams.

*If you are unable to make your time, please come at one of the other times and we will accommodate you.*The base line testing is a very important first step in managing a concussion.
The test takes approximately 25 minutes and is fun to complete.
