Important Update from OMHA

In a ruling made by the OMHA on February 22nd and announced on Friday February 27th,

the OMHA has decided that body contact will be REMOVED from all levels of local league hockey, effective the 2015-2016 season.  Body contact will only be allowed at REP level for age groups of Bantam, Midget, and Juvenile.

This is an OMHA ruling, the WOAA and local Minor hockey Associations are mandated to follow the directives given out.

SMHA is also planning on hosting a JUVENILE team for 2015-2016.  If you or someone else is interested please contact [email protected] and you will be added to a mailing list that will keep you informed of latest ideas and developments.
