Monthly Report
Submitted By Nicole Devereaux on Mon 11 30, 20
We’ve been back to hockey for 2 months now and while not much as changed for us, we wanted to remind everyone of the following:

2nd Payment Deadline
2nd installments are due tomorrow December 1, please see the following chart in the yellow column for your payment amount. Etransfers is the preferred method of payment this year.
  1. Please send email money transfers to: [email protected]
  2. Use password Hockey
  3. Note your player's full name in the message

COVID Policies
With our current zone status of orange, it’s critical that we follow all arena policies. These include:
  1. Mask wearing the ENTIRE time you are in the arena
  2. 1 spectator per player
  3. Players and parents MUST wait outside the arena until their team’s COVID officer is at the check in table inside the arena
  4. Teams are ONLY allowed to enter the arena 15 minutes prior to ice rental for both practices and games - Please be mindful of this.

SportsHeadz App
There was an update to the app Friday, if you are experiencing issues such as ‘I completed my health screening but my COVID officer tells me it’s not done’ it’s because Friday’s update included changes to the health questionnaire and you must update the app before you health checks will register again. Furthermore, the health check questionnaire has gotten more advanced, please make sure you are reading this thoroughly and answering all the questions PRIOR to submitting for both players and parents entering the arena.

Issues or Concerns
If you have an issue or concern, please voice that to the executive rep for that specific age group. As a reminder when you do have an issue or concern we ask that you allow a 24 hour cooling off period PRIOR to sending the email. A complete listing of executive reps can be found here: https://c4thstars.ca/Pages/1787/Executive_Team_Rep_2020-2021/.

Thank you everyone for all your efforts this year to keep the kids on the ice.
