Season Update
Submitted By Nicole Devereaux on Thursday, December 30, 2021
We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season. As we prepare to get teams back on the ice starting January 2, we want to note the following:

1. Enhanced QR Codes
Starting January 4, 2022 it will be MANDATORY to present the Ontario enhanced QR code vaccine passport when entering any sports facility for all players and spectators born in 2009 or later. Please inform grandparents or anyone else that may bring your player into the arena. If you need to download your enhanced QR code vaccine passport visit: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof/

2. Positive Case Disclosure
Given the high transmission rate of the current COVID 19 variant we ask that if a player or spectator tests positive for COVID 19 a parent or guardian completes our COVID 19 Exposure Form and submits to [email protected] in a timely manner. To access this form visit: Seaforth_Minor_Hockey_-_Covid_Exposure_Form

3. Schedule Changes
In order to accommodate isolation periods, last minute canceled games or practices, etc our organization calendar will see frequent changes for the foreseeable future. We ask parents, guardians and players to continue to review the appropriate team calendars to stay up to date. There have already been adjustments made to next week's schedule and we urge everyone to review here: https://c4thstars.ca/Calendar/

Have a safe and happy new year and we look forward to seeing the teams back on the ice next week!

Thank you,
Seaforth Minor Hockey Executive
