2022-23 Executive Nomination (Seaforth Stars Minor Hockey)

Use this form to nominate people for Executive Committee positions. Nominations will be compiled and read at a first meeting of the members of the newly formed centre followed by a vote. While forming the new centre if you are currently apart of Seaforth Minor Hockey you may ONLY nominate a Seaforth Minor Hockey representative. If you are currently apart of BCH Minor Hockey you may ONLY nominate a BCH Minor Hockey representative. Each nominee MUST receive 2 nominations from different members.
