2009-2010 Details, Seasons (Seaforth Stars Minor Hockey)

"The Hockey Tournament is in memory of Doug Perkes, who passed away June 2009.  In his memory a hockey fund was established to financially aid local youths who otherwise would not be able to play hockey.  This year 3 young people had their registration costs covered.  It is our hope the proceeds from the tournament will augment this fund for many years to come.  Doug was an avid sports person who felt the best way to stop good kids from making bad choices was to involve them in team sports."
